Problem
After updating to DeskLot 2.0.46, when I launch the program, an hourglass appears for a moment and then nothing happens. The program does not start.
Solution
Version 2.0.46 and above use Microsoft Data Access Components version 2.8 rather than the previously used version 2.5. Download and install Microsoft Data Access Components Version 2.8, restart your computer, and then continue using DeskLot. If you have futher challenges, please contact us.
