Problem
When opening DeskLot it brings up a screen for VinPower but it will not let me click Continue or Purchase/Register. I can not get into DeskLot.

Solution
This occurs when a user has their screen DPI (dots per inch) setting too large. For VinPower, the screen DPI can not be any larger than 96 DPI. VinPower is currently working on a fix for this problem. To correct this in Windows XP right click on your Windows desktop and select "Properties" and then the "Settings" tab. Then click "Advanced". Under the "General" tab there is a setting for "DPI". Set it to 96 DPI. In Windows 98 the method of getting to the setting is pretty much the same however the correct setting is referred to as "Small Font".

If you do not wish to use VinPower but can not get into DeskLot to disable it, from the Select Account screen, press the minus key (-). This is a technical support shortcut for disabling VinPower so that you can get into the program. Likewise, the plus sign (+) will enable VinPower.
