WebLot Pricing for Lot-Service Companies

WebLot pricing is structured for independent lot-service companies managing one dealership or many rooftops. Plans include the core WebLot and MobileLot workflows without contracts, setup fees, monthly platform fees, dealer-group fees, or monthly minimums.

Lot-service-company pricing is 25% lower than standard dealer pricing, with additional volume discounts available as more rooftops are added. Providers bringing 10 or more rooftops online may also qualify for weekend or after-hours onboarding assistance.

Flexible Package Pricing by Rooftop

Each package includes a defined number of active vehicles, photos per vehicle, outbound feeds, and supported media options for one dealership rooftop. Most new accounts begin with the Small Lot or Level 1 package, while specialty packages add higher media allowances or advanced options such as interior 360° images, exterior spins, walk-around video, and Ultra HD vehicle photos.

Packages can be changed as a dealership or lot-service operation grows, adds rooftops, or needs different media capabilities. The most commonly selected plans are shown first, while specialty and less frequently used packages remain available through the full package list.

* Unless otherwise noted, package pricing is per dealership rooftop per month. Some dealership website providers may not display Ultra HD 1920x1080 vehicle photos at their full resolution.

Intended for small lots with less than 50 vehicles total, such as small independent and buy-here-pay-here dealers. Up to 50 active vehicles, 36 photos per vehicle and 5 outbound feeds.
