No contracts, expensive startup or monthly group fees are required. For each individual dealership account within your WebLot administrative account, you can either select a package, or select the à la carte pricing model.
Package pricing allows for a certain number of active vehicles and photos per vehicle. With package pricing, you get a predictable monthly price per dealer rooftop, and in the majority of cases, get more for less money than with à la carte pricing. Additionally, with package pricing, vehicles deleted throughout the month do not count toward your package allowances for vehicle usage since packages count only "active" vehicles, whereas, with à la carte pricing, you are billed for "total" vehicle usage (whether active or deleted) within the calendar month.
For dealers such as small BHPH lots who do not turn over much inventory each month, have a low number of photos per vehicle or low number of outbound data feeds, package pricing may not have as many pricing benefits and à la carte may be the best pricing model choice.
With à la carte pricing you simply pay based on each months actual usage. With à la carte pricing, you are billed for all vehicles that were active within a dealerships inventory during the calendar month, whether they are active or deleted. On the 1st of the month, after billing occurs, vehicles marked as deleted will be completely removed. With à la carte pricing, you may continue to add as many vehicles, vehicle photos, and outbound data feeds as you like with no quantity restrictions.
Both package and à la carte pricing models include all of the standard features of WebLot, with the exception of DMS inventory polling, 360° photos, walk-around video hosting, automated backgrounding, domain hosting and other additionally priced add-on's.
It's up to you to choose which pricing model serves you best for each of the dealership accounts within your account based on the dealers anticipated needs and usage.
